Members Studio Sessions - untutored


Members Studio Sessions are a 4-hour timeslot for KA members to come and work alongside other artists within a shared space. These are held in the Main Workroom, on the last Saturday of the Month (where possible), with a maximum of 8 participants. - bookings only. 

Come along to work alongside other artists. Bring along a koha for cups of tea or pick up something from a nearby cafe.

The total cost for this session is $10 including gst. 

Additional Information:
- To attend Studio Sessions, you need to be a current KA Member 2023/2024.
- As we are a multi-use facility, please be respectful of other uses.
- You are welcome to move furniture but please put it back as found at the end of your time. 
(The throughfare must be keep clear at all times).
- All brushes and other bits need to be cleaned up in the ‘Messy’ sink. 
- Do not put turps down the sink, take it away with you. 
- When leaving - Sweep, wipe benches/sink, clean off any excess paint/clay materials, throw away rubbish, clean dishes and if necessary empty bins/recycling.
- Kumeu Arts does not have the capacity to store materials and artwork
- There is a first aid kit located on the cabinet under the notice board, this includes eye wash. 
- All incidents need to be reported the KA staff and recorded on the ‘accident register’ in the office.
- Please read the ‘Evacuation’ information on the wall. 
- A fire extinguisher is located by the back door and also at the bottom of the stairs. 
- Any users or venue hirers of the Kumeu Arts facility are hereby advised that they will be charged reasonable costs for any damage incurred by them.
