8-week course | 3hour sessions 2025 Start date: Term 1, 4th February Cost: $240/8weeks or $30/week drop in sessions A materials list will be provided. Themed weekly workshops focusing on historical painters and subjects, colour mixing, brushes and mark making, and technical support around the fundamentals of painting. The sessions are broken into technique/artist references and individual supported painting practice. During the studio time I encourage self-directed responses as a way to explore your own contemporary visual expressions. Wednesday: 9.30 -11.30am / 12 – 3pm / 3.15 – 6.15pm Thursday: 5 -7pm 2hr classes $260 for 10 consecutive weeks 3hr classes $300 for 10 consecutive weeks Come and enjoy a friendly relaxed atmosphere where you can learn to paint. With 8-12 students per class, this course is for beginners and beyond. Over the 10 weeks, if you miss a class, you can do a makeup in any of the other classes available within the same 10-week period. *Causal classes are not available for Amber Emm's painting courses.
