To all entrants,
Thank you for submitting your work to this year’s Kumeū Arts Awards.
We were thrilled by both the number and quality of entries received, and our selection panel had a very difficult task in deciding which works could be included in the exhibition. The list of accepted artworks is now available below:
Congratulations to all the artists whose work has been selected! We will send you a separate email shortly with further information and instructions. Please read this email carefully.

If your work has not been selected this year, we are sorry that we couldn't include it in the exhibition. Please know that every entry was carefully considered by the selection panel.

Selection was based on a range of factors, including the interest and strength of the work, the concept and approach, the handling and presentation of materials, and how individual works contributed to the exhibition as a whole. The panel also considered the overall balance of different media, sizes, formats and styles, as well as the practical space and presentation constraints of the gallery.
